yeah, considering the price of a brand new rear bumper i'm cutting and boring a hole into! LOL! otherwise, i still have the ori muffler with me and if thing goes wrong can always revert back. maybe it's time for some update: am loving the mod so far. the objectives of this mod was more on external aesthetics and ICE (in-car entertainment), without performance gains in thought. am glad that the objectives were achieved. forummers and friends alike that have seen the mod in person gave their approvals. sound wise, it is a low bass throaty rumble - it's like having Chad Kroeger humming to me at the rear seat. not overly intrusive, unlike the Wiralutions & WajaRX's blaring on our roads. It augmented the exhaust note like whoaarrgghh... to a whole new level. Cruising at 120kph is a humming note, totally liking it! Puberty's so over for the babybimmer! surprisingly, the rumbling is more prominent at lower rpm range; floor the pedal and the engine scream downs the exhaust note. so u dig my drift. went back to everco today to readjust the position - found the left tailpipe slightly lower compared to the right. and got another bracket for the right muffler as it wobbles more compared to the left. was charged RM25 for the bracket, wt*?! FC wise, obd is still showing 9km/L, so fingers crossed. RAM air intake mod nxt! anyone with any lobang??? hmmm, gtg floor it again!
