Does not matter if it's a 520, 523, 525, 530, 545, 550..... As long as you don't go overboard with the mods, the maintenance cost is about the same across the board. Heck, my 325 I had last cost me more than my current 530i because of the 'racun' of mods and thus more things to repair and maintain in the 3 series. Now with my stock 5 series, I just have to drive and maintain as per needed. Parts are also not overly expensive as long as you go to a reliable mech. As in other threads, other parts in Japanese models may even cost more!</p></blockquote><p></p>
