Hi everyone! Finally I could afford my 1st bimmer and e46 has always been my 1st choice.

My 328i already clock 400K Km and still go strong....i enjoy to drive it....normally, people will reluctanct to own it because of the roadtax and old car as 328i only produce on 1999 and 2000 before M54 engine take into action...

As to date my 328i never let me down.....in fact i prefer to used my e46 for distance drive than my civic FD...my 328i is a CKD model year 2000 and current mileage 139,000km.....the main reason that people reluctant to buy 328i is becoz of the roadtax and dis model is not DBW throttle and already more than 13yrs old if compare with 325i or 330i M54 engine...

Anyways I did do alot of research in this forum, got alot of useful information. I plan to purchase it cash as the market value is around 40-45k... putting aside 15k for repairs. I am just worried about the reliability as i rely alot on the car for traveling outstation. It would be a pain in the ass if it breaks down often. Any 328i owners here could share their experience?

hmmm... need to pop up the hood and see what 'ghost' you put in it Farez.. macam pelesit 328i dia ni.. agreed wid Farez, many reluctant due to roadtax but hey, with the amount of power, what is a once a year commitment right..
