E39 check

Dear all sifus of the 39'ers,Im getting my 39 by this week, and i would like to know of a good place where i can do a complete diagnose of the car before i drive it. Im located at Shah Alam areas, hence i was thinking if u know anyone around those areas, Subang n USJ will be fine for me too. Good=Reliable + Resonable PricesI came accross some members who recommended Mspeed USJ, in particular some guy called Ah Meng. Any of u guys been there for any reason. Pls do advice me sifu's, in need of some help.Thanks n hoping for some really great advice.:top:

I took mine to beemerholics in Sunway for diagnosing before signing the docs and for wear and tear replacements thereafter.

I would suggest you check out Heritage at NPE.

Coming from Shah Alam, do a u-turn at Templer junction.
Its at the shophouses after Shell station.

i was recommended to Autopex in Glenmarie by our member Arzack. I thank him for the recommendation. My first experience with my 39...

Got the car on thursday, 22/10/09...took it to Autopex for a complete diagnose at around 6 somthing pm...got advice from Kelvin, Autopex's Boss and made an appointment to come in the next morning for repairs n preventitive maintenance.

23/10/09- spent the whole day at Autopex, doing all repairs needed...found out that the steering pump was leaking prefusely, so go that replaced, together with 27 other items, including disc rotors, pads etc etc..

24/10/09- 5am...took a drive to JB...result: awesome!!!! cruising all the way at 145km/h...didnt wanna push it hard since i just got it repaired n serviced the day before...but the overall experience is simply superb...was in JB by 9am, inclusive 2 stops along the way. Left JB after lunch n was back home by 3.30pm.
The performance is simply outstanding and the ride is very comfortable.

25/10/09- a visit to Sunway for a bath...hehehe

Current issues to deal with:
Meter panel is a worn out as i cant read the mileage very clearly...n the electronics needs a thorough check coz i keep getting the "Check Front FOg Lamps" code...I wonder how much to replace the whole meter panel, or an alternative to this, if theres any?? sifu's please advice...

MAybe you should go check your front fogs. Could be the connection socket is loose. try fiddling and tucking the socket at the back of the fogs. might help.

You dont need to change the panel. You can send it for repairs and cost you around RM500 (cant remmember the exact price as done long time ago). If you do a search on this, cheaper solution has been discuss and solve earlier and might save you $$$ .

hi,bro ,you can try call this guys to repair if your meter still got problem ah heng 016-4402112,i done mine rm450,he will give you 1 spare meter to use,wait 2 days i got mine repaired,cheers.
