You can always try to open the door with the alarm on, if no sound, obviously there is no alarm or alarm is not functioning. The sound is very basic, bupp...bupp.. bupp...., I think you can easily install some after market alarm for a low cost... Do you have the reverse sensor? As most of this car doesn't come with Reverse Sensor, you can get one install for less than 30 mins /RM250. Hope this help.</p></blockquote><p></p>
