After more than a month, after exploring with various mechanics / workshops finally I see light :top: events which turned my ride up side down ............

a/c compressor died because pusher fan failed
changed compressor and pusher fan - happy with cool air for 3 months
after one week changing the above , noticed the pusher fan was completely at high speed even on the very first start in the morning
took back to TnT Sunway but unfortunately by the time I reached there - natural wind cooled off the condenser and pusher fan speed was low
having to take Tan's word that all if fine - a/c broke down one fine morning
Naidu did first diagnosis and said all sensors ok, suggested could be the control panel.
One good soul from this forum swapped his control panel with mine still no luck - my unit worked well on his car.
Brought to Optimum, Jason advised he does not do a/c issues but forwarded me to another guy @ TTDI. This person ripped my control panel front face incorrectly and said it was already like that .....:stupid:I was so pissed and drove home.:102:
Siva@e39 help to intro Brian (TTDI). He forward me to another place in Kota Damansara, where his comp was detecting evaporator sensor + pressure switch fault pusher fan fault = RM380
Changed evaporator sensor + pressure switch fault = compressor clutch did not engage either. All other fuses - relays are ok.
He plugged the comp once more and this time it says fault with climate control panel. Car was here for 1 week now.
Waited there for 5 hours and the chop shop guy brought a faulty unit..........what a day!
Contacted back the good soul from this forum - swapped back the control panel unit from his car....praying real hard.....:63:..but did not work either.....my unit works in his car.
Did more research on the net and could not find why nothing is working.....
Finally I found the long lost number - ex Auto Bavarian M5 trained who now runs his own workshop
He intro me to a wire man. After one week I received a call from him..He cleared the pusher fan error - walla ........clutch engaged but not for long.
Went around today looking for 3pin pusher fan = RM380
Plugged in and the moment I was waiting for ......coooolllll air ....aaaaaaaaaaaa........
However we noticed the symptom again....with first cold start the fan is spinning ready for take off......
He told me if the fan continues to function like this, it will die soon = failing a/c compressor / clutch
Left it there for him to check on any other sensor which did not trigger fault code before the working fan was installed, just incase the comp was not able to pick it up earlier as there might not be signal flow.
So far what I read from the net is "pusher fan will kick start when a/c clutch engages.....but did not find anything pointing to failure of a/c clutch = non functional pusher fan. I could be wrong. So let's see what happend by next week. Missing my black beast! Anyone knows if comp diagnosis would be able to give ECU error code? and the fairy tale continues ................:burnout: Thank you Bro Siva@E39 / 525i & Volvo525 for all your help and guidance!!
