E38 728i ATF Inquiry

Hi guys,

I am quite new to BMWs in general. Would like to ask if Valvoline Max Life ATF is suitable for 5hp19 transmission? Or if not what is the recommended ATF for these ZF transmission?

Also, how many liters does an oil change need and the average labour cost?
