Now comes to the wiring part. I do the wiring show like the picture below. I use the connector from the gauge wiring to the switch for easy custom in the future. Also here I use single switch for both start and light. Before set up the place and do the real wiring, its beter to test it 1st. So here the test i do and there is no problem at all. Then after test complete its time for the real part. Find a place that you like. Here mine. Then its complete. Now the tips to check the gauge reading. Here example of mine - Normal engine starting w/o move & no A/C on. The reading is 80 - 85 - Normal engine starting w/o move but with A/C on The reading is 80 - 85 and slowly up to 90+ max. - So with moving car and with A/C on The reading is 85 - 90+ and slowly down when the car move faster. Total cost : Gauge + sensor adapter = RM 105 Wire + Switch + other = Below RM 20 As long the meter reading not up suddenly then you need no worry. With this temperature its high for me cause my Fan Clutch are in bad condition already. So guys, that all from me. Any update ill post it later. chears.
