In my case, the odometer had stopped at 300,000KM; so I had bought a new code plug for RM700 at Auto Bavaria.  But as I said, it was not compatible with my original old instrument cluster, so had to spend another RM3200 for new rear-half of the dash cluster.  It doesn't work any other way.  Apparently one cannot exchange the cluster with one from another car unless you change the ECM module along with it, coz the code plug and electronic module communicate with each other and must be compatible.  ...this according to Auto Bavaria mechanic.</p></blockquote><p></p>
