After this traffic lights,take a right turn going into a very crowded shoplot area. keep going ahead until u see a mamak and mcdonalds which faces each other on ur right.there will be a turning to your right,take this right turn,go straight,follow the one-way back alley road and you'll see theva on ur left. his place is literally under a tree and co-sharing with a workshop. it's not situated amongst any of the shoplot...it's an independent lot by itself ( kinda like an island ).
