et, I think 325 head on 320 block will make u lose out compression ratio big time. 325 head combustion chamber is relatively larger compare to 320 head, hence the 325 piston is domed, while 320 piston is flat. Unless there are other things have been done to boost up the CR. I think 325 head on standard 320block could give u less than 8CR. THis should be good for turbo??? What u need to do is to replace the cam from 325 head into 320 head, i heard it has better overlapped angle. 325 head is suitable for 2.5block or 2.7 eta block but with 2.5 piston, or 2.7super eta block. Although 325 head has better flow characteristic, in 2.0L block, it don't improve much as the 320 head from e30 is already an improved version with larger inlet port, double valve spring and what not. I would say get a B25 engine kosong and just replace the whole thing...Zoggee knows better. But if u have extra $ then ask Alvin how to proceed... I would love combo of 2.7eta+2.0head, I never thot about 2.5head+2.0block, so i could be wrong... correct me then.
