Either way, IMO the Reference tweets ( both the silk or metal domes ) are superb tweets but the clincher is always, the RW165 or the newer RW165/1 midbass units. Simply put, they are one of the most complete midbass units out there in their range - very accurate and open, detailed without being overly analytical, very neutral without being too dry but with a nice snappy (realistic) midbass that has won itself fans all over. My next project itself involves the much praised 8 ohms Seas Nextel coned mid bass units from their Excel range! Cheers,VaN.</blockquote>
