Freaking awesome when the engine building up the RPM and launches but I can definitely feel the strain and stress put on the car's engine and transmission.Pretty damn easy once you know how it works.1. Make sure your engine is at optimum working temperature (engine temperature needle pointing right at the middle)2. Switch to Sport+ mode.3. Push the gear lever to the left side to activate sport shift mode.4. step on the brake pedal as hard as possible.5. Floor the accelerator pedal till you feel the pedal "click" down.6. You should see "Launch control active" with a flag showing at the instrument cluster LCD panel.Now you as the RPM build up you will feel your car rear's side "sinking" and plant to the ground before you release the brake pedal to launch the car. Awesome feeling.I think this feature is available as long as your F30 is on Sport Automatic. Which can be coded but I read that model that comes with Sport AT by default will have better hardwares and parts to withstand the strain and stress causes by the launch control. Can't confirm this though.</blockquote>
