In 30 mins, they checked and solved the problem. Root cause: 15Amp fuse blown for door lock system. Replaced with 20Amp fuse. Apparently, this was in a service bulletin for E90s. I was infomred if the 20Amp fuse blows, then they will need to replace the door lock system.Lo and behold, all my settings returned to normal as what I pre-programmed previously.Thought I'd share this with all of you.
