UK consumer rights quite strong, but the resistance from BMW also strong. Just imagined, if BMW made a recall, that will affect their brand. Since its very hard to prove that it is a rim design flaw, I think they will quietly solve this rim in their next updated version. Also German roads are like PLUS roads everywhere.
