Your throttle body, cable to throttle body and lack of a pedal sensor is a different setup than the M54 cars.
At the least I'd think you'd need the above parts, the engine wiring harness, the ECU/DME and then you'd have to check all the pin-outs on the Siemens MS42.0 DME System you have versus the Siemens MS 43.0 DME system the M54 engine has.
I am assuming if you swap DME/ECU you'll also need things like the general control module and/or others at at the least need to recode them.
You might find more info on autoenginuity or INPA/Ediabas forums w/r/t re-coding, coding, setting adaption values, etc...
Check out the differences in the Bentley manual or stop by some time on a weekend and I'll show you.
* if it were mine, I'd throw another M52TU 2.8L motor in there for less "hassle" factor.

unless ur current engine is totally worn down and in need of overhaul, then stroker might be an option as you're already opening up. if u want power, only way is to push air inside, supercharger or turbo. supercharger is easiest, plug n play. good power output, but autobox might end up premature ejaculation if u always keep stroking it![]()
unless u're a dark sith master stroker like feizald'zul, then u have to learn the dark stroking techniques from him on how to keep the gbox intact.
