Was working and playing with it about a few years back. Found that the ribbon was damaged (hairline crack on the ribbon). Could not do any thing at that time to repair it. I knew it was the ribbon because when I move the ribbon by bending, some of the pixel came back.Broken track can be repaired by using conductive paint (apply like a fine marker pen). I have used it before for PCB repair. However for ribbon cable, the track is too close to each other.</blockquote>
