Daylight robbed

A friend of mine just recently being "daylight robbed" by one workshop in Desa Pandan.. The cost to change Petronas oil for E39 523 is RM600!!!Bosch wiper cost him RM180!!!Plus at least 5time visits to the workshop to figure out that the ignition coil is the culprit!! the cost of the ignition coil cost more than RM200 each!Crazy!

Loafer, Don't simply mention a workshops name and tarnish their reputation...The club guest who posted did not even reveal the workshops name let alone his non- response since 4.14pm yesterday. Iceman, Bmw7833 and Deep replied within minutes but there were no response from the thread starter.... I think these types of threads should be moderated accordingly to avoid unnecessary speculation!!!!

Machismo - please do us the favour and post the name of the workshop after you find out from your friend......after spending 6K, he should not forget too easily.

As said by others earlier - we do not want any case of mistaken identity and get the club/members into any legal implications later.

this shop is not cheap but it has quite advanced tools there.
I know it's not cheap so if ever I go into the shop, I will ask for a quotation. The same applies to all workshops. You should know how much you need to pay before you let them start work.
