When I bought my ride, the dealer agreed to replace all wear and tear parts worth almost RM8k. So it's luck.It's a willing buyer willing seller market. If one choose to send the car to an authorised service centre, then be prepared to fork out the premium price. Otherwise, send your ride to a mechanic next door and be fearful of being parts being not genuine and service being not up to standard. We've heard a lot of horror stories but credit should be give to those mechanics who have lived up to their name so far. No matter how good a mechanic is, there is bound to be dissatisfied customers. Perhaps the customer's expectation should be reviewed at some stage. My 2 cents.</blockquote>
