Official BMW solution: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=143339&d=1208046904 The upper window seal is causing the noises. You should not be using wax, silicone or any lubricant products in that area because it causes rubbing after contact with water/rain and dust. Some say WD40 is safe, others say not recommended. I use Ambertron to remove the wax, silicone, grease from the upper window seals and the door frame area. It's an alcohol-based electronic parts cleaner and doesn't leave petroleum residue like WD40 does. If there's dust, I just use wet towels. Can't help you with the dashboard creaks, it comes and goes if you park in the sun. Best is to send to AB or BMW experts so they can investigate.
