Yes, mine is 328 and Goodyear. I called BMW Mobile and they arranged AB to view the tyre. According to AB, there is no manufacturer warranty for tyre. I told them I managed to claim warranty from Continental based on the amount of wear. According to the tyre shop, this is a common practice for all tyre manufacturers. They would send technicians to inspect the tyres and the rim. If the bulge is due to the quality of the side wall, the manufacturer shall replace a new one but the owner has to pay the amount of wear. I think this is fair. Nevertheless, AB is helping to arrange Goodyear to inspect my tyre. Same here, for the past 25 years, I owned Honda, Benz, Toyota and E39. None of these cars gave the same number of problems like F30. It is a record that I need to send this new F30 so regular to service centres. Currently, I face intermittent problems for the air-con and I will need to wait until a complete breakdown. Otherwise, I don't know how to describe the problem. Sometimes, the air is warm. Sometimes, it is noisy. Sometimes, it works perfectly.
