First, remove the both grills from the front and wash it clean of dust and dirt. This is important to allow the aluminium foil to stick properly. 2. To remove the grill, you need a small flat screw driver and a long nose plier. Try to bend the metal part of the front cover that is holding the grill. 3. To install the aluminium foil, first cut the aluminium foil to about 4 mm width. The length of the foil should be about the length of the vertical strip of the grill. Allow about 5mm extra length on the foil. 4. After you cut the strip, peel off the paper and exposed the sticky part of the foil. Slowly stick from the top of the vertical and work your way from top to the bottom. Check the alignment. When it is aligned properly, use a soft cloth and rub it across the top surface of foil. Work from top to bottom. 5. After you finish the sticking of the foil, you cut off the access strip. 6. Repeat with other vertical strips until complete.PS. Use a good knife and a steel ruler. [QUOTE="jarance, post: 39901, member: 21"] Here is the step by step procedure..Use a Aluminium foil is similar to the double side tape type. It cost about RM10 for about 30 meter of the tape.
