Why not let us know the workshop so others don't fall prey the their ill practice.I don't think there's a case.. because u r obviously told the price before u give them the green light and u have settled the bill signifying u agreeable to the price and accepted service rendered. and u should have inspected the item before installation.Now its your word against the workshop's. They can say it was new when they installed it. Maybe u did the swap after the job. Can argue until the cow comes home! I would only wish the part that get installed into your car can and will last the estimated life of the price u paid.</blockquote>
