They waited for an expert to arrive and this so-called expert didn't even know how to take out the original HU. After I showed him how, he was on a roll with the wiring et al which got my young boy fascinated to no end.  Seemed to know his stuff and they set-up the EQ for me. The shop name is Sato. Just to add, when they opened up the whole gamut, I could see that my car's interior was solidly built if I may say so and that explains why there was no rattle and shake after all these years. p/s - can't attached the pix yet.
