CCFL Angel Eye Inverter

Dear Folks/Sifus,Any idea where can i get just the inverter around Puchong or nearby areas for my angel eye?Its kinda difficult to get it..

Go to WRC Lamp at Sunway. Do buy a couple of inverters (electronics ballast) as spares as it will only last you no more jan 6 months. Another option is to replace your CCFL with LED angel eye.

Thanks for the info Sifu..6 months?? Really??? Hmmm..surprisingly my friend's inverter survived more den a year..cant comment on mine as i juz acquired the car months ago..i believe its case by case basis..

Speaking about LED Angel eyes, i've heard that its much more brighter den CCFL but is it reliable ??? I got to know from another friend of mine that his 1 of the LED's in his angel eyes burnt which eventually made the car look imperfect..he had to replace the whole ring..How long can it sustaine based on your experience/knowledge? 1 year? or more den that..

I used to have CCFL and the inverters did not last more than 6 months. The heat generated from the engine actually shorten the lifespan of the inverters. Had mine fitted with LED now and sofar 8 months into usage, sofar no problem. Ayway, it is cheap as the whole LED set is only RM 120.00.
