Hello forumers, Thank you all for all the suggestions. Some of you are very creative. Let me summarise the suggestions: 1. Kill the cat: Not an option for me. I am faint hearted. 2. Moth balls in old socks: will try this as it is a cheap solution. 3. Bitter lotion from pet shop: may try this if moth balls dont work. 4. Dog: much as i love dogs, not for me. cost a lot of money to put dog in dog hotel each time i holiday. and have to worry what to do with my dog each time i am away for long periods. 5. Shampoo: may be an option. The turtle wax shampoo i am using at the moment certainly does not work. Trial and error my be wasteful. 6. Thumb tacks/sharp nail. If all else dont work, this will be me last option. Will let you know what happen in a few weeks. Hope I win this battle of lovers..hehe.
