You'll have to buy the hardtop separately (optional) and have it fixed on the car separately. To do this first you will have to retract the soft top fully and then fixed the hard top on. It's a 2 men job, unless you have an overhead winch to suspend the roof (heavy!) while you position it in place. It's unlike the Peugeot 207 CC or Merc SLK where these cars are classified as coupe convertible. People mostly go for the hardtop (on the Z4) if the car is extensively used in winter, to protect the driver and the canvass top from harsh elements. From prying hands too, of course!</blockquote>
