From numerous races on rental karts, it's hard to categorise the "skill factor". What MyKart has done is to do the heats on a random basis and then separate the karters based on the results of the heats. The finals are always competitive based on this.</p><p></p><p>My suggestion :</p><p></p><p>1. 1st heat random balloting of karts (2 groups of karters)</p><p>2. Top half finishers from heat 1 race against each other in heat 2</p><p>3. Winner from heat 2 chooses kart for the final but start from the back</p><p></p><p>This is assuming we have enough karters i.e around 18-20.</p></blockquote><p></p>
