I think the owner bukan tak ada duit utk beli plate..he just want to have a different style of no.plate, macam itu no on the supercars like lambo and felali..
Legal or illegal, can 'kautim' one bila kena tahan...

IMHO, he's doing what some porsche rs have got, a sticker for the hood badge instead of a metal one. saves weight. same thing i have on the front of one of my cars....
