A lot of engineering went into the car to have alternative fuel technology integrated into it. Of course you can retrofit but it's not as thorough as a fully engineered system from the factory. No doubt it can still work as one but the driveability and long term durability are big question marks. As for NGV in Malaysia, perhaps you want to hire a NGV taxi for the whole day, including the time when it goes into Petronas for refuelling, then you would understand why NGV vehicles for the masses is not viable just as yet...</blockquote>
