That number plate is a diplomatic number plate belonging to a foreign embassy. Looks like the the driver or even the workshop guy taking the car for a free spin/show off at the expense of the embassy.

Even just want to do a better side parking also using wrong skill already. This parking skill is actually using parking brake with left turn the steering wheel. Before do this, car head much reach car park then turn steerig and pull hand brake. Now he is doing 2 ways drifting insist of parking...................hahahahahahahahah

If he turned steering to left and never turn to right side then will straight away spin at the middle of the road..............then can avoid the accident !!!!!!!
