Here's mine.Simple modsH&R lowering springsOriginal BMW Style 162 18 inch rimsFuture mods would be, ACS rear spoilers and hopefully BBS CH-R wheels.

i like those rims. fitted on all the 330i during launch of E90. loved 'em!

Hi all, thanks for the comment. Im currently saving up to change the rims, anybody knows anyone here running an E90 with BBS CH-R wheels? Would like to see some photos.

slammed yo! :D Aren't we glad of the short front over hang? If its Passat or A4 or VW GTi, those long over hang would make your chin scrubbing the parking rams at the multilevel car park.. :D :D

bimmerholic - I like these compared to stock for two reasons. The ride and the drop. Im the kind of guy who likes slammed cars but not excessively and i think H&R did just that. Ride is more comfortable especially when i was still running my stock 17 inch with meaty tyres. Now that i swapped with 18" with low profile tyres, its still comfortable only i have to slow down at bumpy roads because it tends to bottom out fairly easily.

bimmer9 - I took over the car since my mum wont be using it anymore, so rather than leaving it under utilize, i sold the Golf and drive this car. The Golf is a great car, makes you feel young and faster than everyone else. The new owner lives in bangsar, see him around sometimes, car looks exactly the same when i sold it to him.

astroboy - True, my previous ABT kit GTI has no chance going down parking lot without scraping the front lip.

Is ur car a Sport variant with sport spec suspension? When u changed the springs coupled to the sport spec absorbers, how do u find the ride, handling and body control? Are the HR springs specific to sport spec cars?

Sorry for the multiple question thingy..I'm driving a sport spec e90 as well and I'm not feeling the ride height.I'd like to go lower but wouldn't like to spend a bomb just to lower the car.

Hi supergripen. My car is not a sport variant, instead i opted for the M sports body kit just early this year. The stock NON M sport absorber with H&R spring to me is much more comfortable, especially with my stock 17 inch wheels with RFT. But since i change to 18 inch with non RFT it feels abit bumpy but still bearable, nothing to complain about really. But then again i use to drive an STI with Tein SS, so whatever this car throws at me i still find it acceptable.

I dont remember H&R being a E90 sport spec, so im sorry i dont have an answer for that. I got it from Exotic Mods btw, i remember it was roughly 1.1K total including installation and alignment.

I remember your nick name from the SCM forum, i use the same nick fad as well but i doubt we ever meet during any of the monthly friday TT. Nice to see you here :)

nice ride bro, btw don't take out too much time looking for BBS cause there are actually quite a no. of e90's with bbs, at least we don't often see this style rim that u currently have on ur e90.. ( :

Jackyhung, im sure they are lots of BMW with BBS on them but i have yet to see on E90, most i've seen on an E46. I would like to see more BMW with japanese rims like Rays or Advans.

Haha..I thought ur nick sounded familiar, nice to see u here.I notice a lot of guys who used to drive Subarus now drives a BMW,there's a guy at my office who still drives his blue ver8 WRX in addition to his newer e90 325i Sport.
Sadly I had to sell my ver8 STi to make way for my current blue e90 Sport.Well, the search goes on.I've found guys in the US who've changed the springs from their Sport spec cars to HRs and Eibachs. No problems reported so far.

Same here.

I've seen e90s and e92s in the US on TE37s and Advan RS/RZs..they look pretty cool plus they are very very light, more so than BBSs.

Yeah saw them too. To be honest i dont mind heavy rims, as long as it looks good. After all ever since i drive the BMW i forget about performance, im all about looks and cruise.

E46fanatics, i didnt mean it cynically. Unless im driving an M badge BMW then maybe since its an ALL OUT performance car.

No worries man. You are right. Performance is a relative word. To the 911 Turbo or GTR owner, even the M car may not be an all out performance car, but a mass market car on steroids.
