Unfortunately, the gated community has yet to be defined by the Housing Ministry, if I am not mistaken unlike those in Stratified properties. Everyone signed on it so no excuse for some of my neighbours to say they have no idea that the house is as such. Plus, for a similar spec'ed house would probably cost about RM150K cheaper ungated and unguarded. In the case of BMC, was there information that said a highway will be constructed along the access road in the future? How does the Land Act come into play in this case?</blockquote>
