Once a booking is made, that's a show of commitment and quite a hefty one since booking fee for BMWs is RM10K. So, it's quite certain the owner will take delivery. Perhaps, impending owners can abide by sequence i.e. let new actual owners take over the number ahead if their car arrives first.  On my E92, it will be arriving in Glenmarie in the next day or two by which time I can take delivery but am now foreseeing some delay cos tender for my choice of car number is only closing this week. By the time JPJ issues confirmation, it might be only next week to register my cars. Aiks!!!</blockquote>
