As mentioned, the onus was on them to earn your business and it  looks like they made amends. Wrt to invoice, I've never seen these internal documentation but these invoices are tied to the service order/write-up which your SA is able to furnish and should've done so. This is part of your service history. Now make sure everything else is kosher and pick up that car!!
