Gosh, what a beauty that Space grey 335d E92 is, KL2DC. Awesome! :-p Sales organisations are always going to adopt a "Don't ask, don't tell, don't change" position. They have to meet quotas and maximise profits after all. I'm sure there are lots of new CBU E90 owners who aren't even aware of the Port Klang hiatus, nor do they care as they're very happy with their steeds. Until you take delivery of a car, you have the power of using your feet. Or in the case of pkw88, he can still get his wheels and tyres changed AFTER taking delivery :-) It's all a question of how well informed you are and how hard you put your foot down. A friend of mine refused to take delivery of a Korean SUV that had already been registered, because of a hairline scratch on the bonnet and it sent the company into a tizzy because he absolutely refused to sign for it. He got RM1k knocked off for just a hairline scratch! :-)
