I understand the car has been sitting out on the lot exposed, but I am pretty sure the cars were out there in the pre-PDI/shipping stage with ample protection (e.g. cosmoline layers, interior etc). BMW has engineered this car to be durable in all sorts of weather, and I am pretty sure the rubber bits's 1 year high UV exposure is within the durability limits of those parts, as thought up by BMW engineers.  Again, I don't know the exact condition of the parts of which you speak of. If it doesn't feel right for you, don't pull the trigger. I'd voice your concerns with the CA and see what they'll do for you. If they want your business, they will try hard to earn it.
