I've had both new CBU and CKD European marques and have never found any discernable difference in quality. CBUs rattle and creak too. In fact the biggest problems I've had in my cars have been in the CBUs, including timing belt snapping at mid-life, gear shift linkage coming apart!So check out the CKD E90, danc.
