<blockquote data-quote="seewai" data-source="post: 709806" data-attributes="member: 11307"><p>Annual Dinner 2013 - A Night in History</p><p></p><p></p><p>Date : 22nd March 2014</p><p>Venue : Holiday Inn , Melaka.</p><p>Time : 7.45 pm</p><p></p><p></p><p>Hi fellow Founding members and Official members,</p><p></p><p>As we all know the previously planned AD2013 back in December did not materialize because of the flood situation in the East Coast which affected quite a number of our members.The Managing Committee have decided to bring this event to March this year to be held together with 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM).</p><p> </p><p>Below are the breakdown of the cost involved as arranged with the Hotel Management:</p><p></p><p>Hotel Room (Per Night) <strong>RM 280.00 nett (inclusive of breakfast for 2)</strong></p><p></p><p>Dinner for OM (per pax) <strong>RM 80.00 nett (International Buffet)</strong></p><p></p><p>Total Cost <strong>RM 360.00</strong></p><p></p><p></p><p>Please therefore deposit the sum of RM 360.00 into the Club's Maybank account to confirm your slot.</p><p></p><p>OM's Spouse and Children above the age of 12 are charged at RM 80.00 nett per pax (Please also bank into the Club's account )</p><p></p><p>OM's Children below the age of 12 are Free of Charge</p><p></p><p>Club Guest are charge at RM 100.00 nett per pax (Please also bank into the Club's account )</p><p></p><p></p><p>The Committee has decided on the following for <strong>Official Members Only:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>1. OM's Dinner will be Free of Charge and covered by the Club. BMWCM will reimburse RM 80,00 to every OM who attends the Annual Dinner.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>2. BMWCM will also reimburse every OM who attends the AGM AND Annual Dinner a sum of RM 100.00</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>3.
