bro maverick00, i think the problem is icing at the cooling coil. due to "uncontrollable" cooling, the cooling coil has been iced up. cooling coil looks just like a coolant radiator. the basic principle of it as below: Blower motor (blows air to) l l l V Cool Gas --> Cooling Coil --> Warm Gas l l l V A/C Vent at dashboard (Output) so when the cooling coil has been blocked by the ices created by the "uncontrollable" cool gas, this will prevent the air blown by the blower motor to go through it and exits at the a/c vent. this is usually sign of a faulty output temp sensor (located inside front center a/c vent) or even temperature/pressure sensor at the a/c line itself. what u can do to counter this event are : i) set ur a/c to auto mode. this will reduce the possibilities of this problem happening again due to the a/c control unit will measure the interrior temp according to a few factors such as output temp, outside temp, sun coordination etc ii) get to ur nearest SC and complain on this matter. they will usually replace one of the sensors. they can detect faulty sensors by their diagnostic machines and also by comparing data values iii) in case of a sudden icing, turn the blower speed to MAX and adjust the temp tp 30 degrees at the a/c display. this will activate the a/c coolant pump, where warm air will be blown and helps to lessen the icing issue. after 5 mins of doing that, u will start feeling a correct amount of air coming out of the a/c vent. so now adjust back to your desired temp. it is better if u add a few degrees from your desired temp to let the cooling coil not to iced up again. when u have time, then bring itover to your nearest SC hope this helps. Happy troubleshooting! =)
