You're not the only one. I kena flashes from those bloody things the previous weekend. Strangely, as of writing this post, I haven't gotten any summonses yet. As with everything that is printed in local newspapers nowadays, there is a term ... Wait ... What was it called again? ... Oh yeah! ... BullS***t!!! As you can tell from the video, there isn't a single warning sign on that stretch of highway before the cameras. Here's the best part: once you turn off from the LDP (which has a 90 speed limit), there is only one 80 speed limit sign just before the cameras, only on the slow lane side of the highway, and hidden behind the MEX bridge! Really geram la! Reviewing the video closely, I noticed that there are two embedded sensors in the road in each lane just before the cameras. This means this system doesn't use lasers (like the Singaporean speed cameras) but using the same inaccurate system used by the Kerinchi Link speed signboards. Makes me wonder if they still can detect you if you go between the sensors riding on the white lines. Hint: also, look closely and you can see that there is no sensors covering the emergency lane. Heheheh .... Evil Hint: also notice that there is no concrete reinforcement of the camera poles. Who can lend me a lorry with a "loose" steering wheel I can borrow? Preferably one with kangaroo bars too!
