535i Brake disc issues

I have changed new front brake disc for my F10 535i due to warping late 2014. I have started to feel the replaced disc is about to warp or starting to warp again as i feel the shudders during at high speed braking. Anybody out there facing the same problem..?
My mechanic has check very recently and the bush are all ok.

Anybody got any suggestion how to resolve this..?

brake discs warp when they are overheated.overheating discs can be due to :
1. excessive braking ie rempeting at the track or going down genting with the foot on the brake
2. jammed caliper pistons

i experienced this on my previous e34.rh rear disc warped due due caliper piston was sticking.overhauled the caliper and replaced the disc and all was well again.

my e34 was 14 years old then,so that was expected.your f10 is brand new.then again,new things can break.....have it checked ot

no issues on the brake discs for my f10 (47k km clocked so far) and I have changed the front discs after two brake pad changes.

Basic rule for changing disc brakes: two times change of brake pads equal to one time change of brake discs.

Be careful to cool down the brakes before going for a car wash. That could also be the cause of warped discs.
Does the tyre wobble only when pressing the brakes or at certain speeds only?

Have you checked the balancing and done an on-wheel balancing before?

Any recommendation on the cooling down period before start of the car wash? Also, are the disc replacement covered under BSRi? I know the brake pads are but not sure about the disc.

30 minutes or so should be okay especially after a "spirited" driving
BSRI covers pads and discs. Everything lah covered, including wiper!!!

Currently on the new front disc (4 moths old) I can feel the shudder coming in at 170-180km/hr range. Soon I believe at lower speeds I would feel the same.
I am quite careful if I see dark clouds I would not be aggressive in driving prior.
As for car washing I do not do spirited driving and go into a car wash immediately after. :smokin:

bring it back to the dealer and drive with them.
have you done on-wheel balancing?

Yup done wheel balancing a couple of times but not on wheel. I dont thick its the balancing.
