It happens to me somewhere early this year...manage to kaw-tim by changing the manifolds altogether, as adviced by them, of course fight for my goodwill. Now diff prob occurs, well, it happens couple of months back, i'm facing the issue of my car cant start even with few attempts. I've to called a tow truck to pick my car and sent it to Glenmarie. Verdict: I've changed the control unit as required since they doesnt have any idea what exactly the cause after diagnosed my car. The best part is, couple of weeks after collecting my car, the same 'ol prob occurs again which I'm facing now.....my car cant start again. I've made my complaint even up to BMW Malaysia ,VJ and Stephan Rausch(this german dude just another imbecile and arrogance mat salleh) required assistance, a courtesy car, since its their mistakes asking me changed the control unit which they claimed is the issue....... Now, i dont even bother with BMW Malaysia, since they dont even know how to assist me, and I probably ask someone from AB to collect my car in 1 to 2 days time. I do realise now that BMW Malaysia & AB will only take care of you while under warranty; after that, dont even bother to assist your request. Personally, I love my car & BMW badge, but because of the ppl working in the BMW Mal, believe me, my next car will not be BMW again. My Q: Which trustworthy outside workshop cld handle diesel engine, nd hlp guys
