They may have customers who are thinkg to selling or upgrade. At least the mechanic there can tell u how much that fellow have dumped in his car and if he really sayang his ride. If you have friends with BMW's even better, ask them to recommend. Have it diagnostic tested 1st, check the chasis no vs the year and thirdly u must test drive.  Take it through diff kinds of roads and hear for sounds, rattles, wheel shimmy and of couse good gear shifts and not forget power.But generally, if you want recond new , that's quite risky as the E39 is considered old stock and the choices are getting lower.</blockquote>
