I didn't know Mazda made any 4-rotor engine.
In design & engineering point of views, it doesn't make sense either.
The internal force within the engine would have torn the engine apart at high power & high rpm.
Are you sure is not 3 rotors ?

wow. After driving, loving, reparing RX7 for so many years, I never came across anything about 4 rotors.
And I thought 3 rotors Rotary was rare... LOL

This engine is not suitable for street use la. Look at those power, car also can't steer straight!

8.22 sec hit 282mph = 451kph!! Need parachute and anti-flip device at the back.. insane!
