Hi Batman,
I was at WRC Sunway doing my e60 headlight restoration. During a casual chat, the owner shared something interesting. He does some headlight restoration from minor accident. He will bought the casing from chop-chop shop or salvage whatever which is useful from the owner. Then he restores using his part. This will make the cost at minimal level yet bring back the OEM functionality. Just give him a call for quote. He doesn't bit.
