I'm a bit upset that they told me the new player will arrive in 2 weeks, now they say I have to wait another 2 weeks. Don't think it is the dealer's fault as (1) the car shipped from the factory with a faulty audio system   (2) the replacement part has to come from BMWAs for the ConnectedDrive, i see it on two of my friends' cars - X3 bought in March 2013 and 520d bought in Jan 2013. both said it was already there when they took delivery of their cars. They didn't have to do any coding or purchase the FSC codes.</blockquote>
