Looks like the car swiped the right side concrete barrier and then the driver lost control and whacked into the signboard post and trough the divider.  From the skid marks, the car was going fast.  From the pics, it looks like an E46. There has been cases here of members cars also, where after an accident, the door locks didn't unlock and the passenger had to climb out the window.  Could be the cause fo the slower than usual escape.  Very sad.</blockquote>
