100k miles

well the odometer turned 100k miles today.....



changed the valve cover gasket and engine oil.


ignition coils(pic just for fun)


i use castrol magnatec 10w40.....change every 5k miles (7k kms)

just wondering what your thoughts are about the requirement to use long life oil (LL).

i really don't go with the maintenance schedule as per I drive....too long even if LL oil is used.

Off topic : Why're you using miles bro?? Can change the unit to km in iDrive

he he...yes bro....i changed it from km to miles....

my previous e39 was a UK import and my current also a CBU by NAZA from Europe.
Already used to miles in my 6 yrs of ownership on my e39.

In fact i personnaly prefer Miles ... i guess its just the individual preference if your car has the option to change the settings .... :rock:
