The BMW had no problem climbing the 1st part of the hill. But after the 2nd police checkpoint, here is what I think of the car. The car struggles to climb the hill. This is actually my first time driving the 2nd part of Genting hill.I was distracted by the 'underpowered' car. That's why I keep accelerate, and when there's a corner I did not brake which actually cause the tyre to screech. The reason being is that I'm afraid if I brake when it comes to the corner (the speed decrease), and I will then need more power to accelerate back. Bad idea! For those sifu sifu that had the experience to drive your previous BMW up the hill, what is your technique?1) like what i did?2) keep accelerate all the way, and brake when there's a corner and accelerate again?3) maintain speed (not accelerate trying to get your speed as high as possible), and brake at corner.Not used to driving a 'underpower' car. when i drive my 325, i had no problem. so need to learn the basic of uphill driving technique.
